American University

American University has repeatedly been named "the most politically active campus in the United States." Its location in the nation's capitol and academic excellence in the fields of political science and public affairs are part of the reason for this distinction. However, the key basis for this acclamation is the student body. The American University College Democrats comprise the largest and most active club on the AU campus.

AU College Democrats have hosted some of the biggest name speakers on campus, put on some of the most-attended events, and all while campaigning for and promoting Democratic causes.
